Drain repair Blackpool. Replacement rest bend at base of SVP, internally located below extension.

Problem – customer called for blocked drain effecting upstairs toilet, bath and sink, as well as downstairs toilet and sink. CCTV survey identified collapsed pipe underneath extension as cause of the issue. High pressure jetting was unable to release blockage.

Solution – customer informed unfortunately internal excavation is the only option in this situation as replacement pipe work is required. Unfortunately they were left in this position due to poor building work prior to them moving in, just 2 months prior to calling us out.

Excavation revealed collapsed rest bend as found on CCTV. Pipework exposed and effected pipe was removed. Replacement pipes fitted and bedded on 10mm p gravel. Ground reinstated to customers requests which was reinstating to concrete surface as they were wanting to retile back room during renovation. Another sucsessful drain repair in Blackpool
